Troubleshooting

If you have trouble completing your purchase and have made multiple purchases before:  please confirm that you are using the same email address used to set up the account.  If that does not work, then try to clear your cache and cookies.  If that does not work, then please try a different and updated browser.  

To clear cache and cookies, go the the three dots in the upper right side and then go to more tools and then to clear browsing data.
